Lisa Schumacher

Client Service Director

Lisa began her career in financial services in 1989 after meeting a manager from Prescott Ball and Turben who encouraged her to explore an opportunity as a Client Associate. She accepted the position and quickly found her stride in a role centered on organization, responsiveness, and client support.

Today, Lisa serves as Client Service Director at 1796 Private Wealth. She works closely with the team to manage a wide range of responsibilities, including addressing client inquiries and processing detailed service requests. She values the relationships she has built over the years and takes pride in helping clients navigate paperwork and account needs with clarity and care.

For Lisa, the most rewarding part of her work is getting to know the individuals and families she supports and contributing to a smooth, thoughtful client experience.

Lisa lives in Lakewood and is the proud mother of a 33-year-old son. Outside the office, she volunteers at her local church and enjoys gardening, drawing, crocheting, and reading. Much of her free time is spent with family and friends, often gathered around simple moments that matter most.
